PYRO TEMPERA SML is a system for monitoring rotary kilns in cement, pulp, and steel industries.
It is based on an integrated camera with digital sensors on two independent channels—visible and infrared—aligned with fixed optical blocks that reduce maintenance and prevent misalignment caused by transportation or component replacement.
Manufactured in stainless steel for high-temperature operation and equipped with a plug-and-play connection for easy installation, it provides the robustness required for harsh industrial environments.
The system maintains full control of the internal temperature measurement of the optics and electronics, automatically retracting the camera in response to unexpected events such as power loss, water or air failure, or an increase in positive pressure inside the kiln hood.
