PYRO TEMPERA CC is a system for monitoring and measuring the clinker cooling process in grate coolers.
It is based on a camera integrated with digital sensors in two channels—visible and infrared—independent and aligned with fixed optical blocks, which reduce maintenance and prevent misalignment due to transport or component replacement.
Manufactured in stainless steel for high-temperature resistance and equipped with a plug-and-play connection for easy installation, it provides the robustness required for harsh industrial environments.
The system maintains full control of the internal temperature measurement of the optics and electronics, automatically retracting the camera in unexpected events such as power, water, or air loss, or increased positive pressure in the kiln hood.
