Scanner Tempera® is an advanced online rotary kiln shell temperature measurement and monitoring system. It uses a modern infrared head, achieving measurements with wide angular coverage and high spatial resolution, a configuration that allows detecting even the detachment of a brick inside the kiln.

The Tempera® Software is a powerful tool for thermal monitoring, analysis and online control. The automatic storage of information, together with a series of functions provided by the software, allows a detailed analysis of the thermal conditions of the kiln.

Easy to use and intuitive, it allows to detect anomalies in the kiln shell and to correlate the thermal information with the process variables delivered by the plant control systems.
